Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Sukoonsaathi website and services. By using Sukoonsaathi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
In these Terms, “Sukoonsaathi”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sukoonsaathi. “You” or “customer” refers to the person or organization accessing our website or using our services.
These Terms apply to our technology-support services, memberships, appointment and support requests, Website Design & Development services, payment flows, and related customer interactions, unless separate written terms apply.
1. Eligibility
You may use Sukoonsaathi only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. If you use our services on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account, requesting a service, booking an appointment, or making a payment.
2. Our Services
Sukoonsaathi provides technology support and digital guidance, including computer and laptop support, mobile phone support, Wi-Fi and internet support, Smart TV and device support, security and privacy guidance, and learning and digital guidance.
We also provide Website Design & Development services, including business websites, portfolio websites, landing pages, basic e-commerce websites, mobile-friendly design, website maintenance, and related development services. Availability, scope, pricing, response times, deliverables, and technical requirements may vary by service and customer requirements.
3. Accounts
Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or violation of these Terms.
4. Appointments
Submitting an appointment or support request does not by itself guarantee confirmation. Our team may review the request and contact you to confirm availability, scope, timing, and applicable charges. Where Calendly or another scheduling provider is used, scheduling is also subject to that provider’s systems and terms. Rescheduling and cancellation may be subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy.
5. Payments & Pricing
Prices may be displayed in INR, USD, or another applicable currency and may vary according to service, package, scope, features, taxes, payment method, and customer location.
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider and may be subject to that provider’s terms, payment methods, security controls, and processing requirements. A payment is considered received after the payment provider confirms the transaction and, where applicable, Sukoonsaathi verifies it.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, together with any service-specific terms communicated before purchase.
6. Website Design & Development Projects
For website projects, the final scope may be agreed through a quotation, proposal, written communication, or project confirmation. Scope may include pages, features, integrations, revisions, timelines, content responsibilities, and pricing.
Unless otherwise agreed, domain registration, hosting, premium themes, paid plugins, stock assets, external software subscriptions, payment-provider fees, and other third-party costs may be charged separately.
Customers are responsible for providing content, logos, images, business information, credentials, and approvals required for the project unless otherwise included in the agreed scope. Timelines may depend on customer feedback, approvals, content delivery, and third-party services.
7. Customer Content & Responsibilities
You remain responsible for the text, images, logos, documents, data, reviews, credentials, and other materials you provide to Sukoonsaathi. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide them and that they do not knowingly violate applicable law or third-party rights.
You grant Sukoonsaathi the limited permission reasonably necessary to process and use Customer Content to provide the requested service, support, development work, or related business operations.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use Sukoonsaathi for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or deceptive activities. You must not attempt unauthorized access to our website, accounts, systems, APIs, databases, or infrastructure, interfere with service availability or security, transmit malware or harmful code, facilitate phishing or fraud, or knowingly infringe third-party rights.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use or link to third-party services including Razorpay, Supabase, Calendly, Google/Google Meet, WhatsApp, Vercel, email providers, hosting providers, and domain registrars. These services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms, privacy policies, fees, availability, and technical limitations. Sukoonsaathi is not responsible for the independent operation or availability of third-party services.
10. Intellectual Property
The Sukoonsaathi website, branding, logo, original text, graphics, layouts, code, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Sukoonsaathi unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
Customer-owned materials remain the property of the customer or respective rights holders. Third-party components remain subject to their licenses.
11. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We aim to provide reliable and professional support but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available service.
Technology support may involve devices, software, networks, accounts, third-party systems, or data outside our control. Customers remain responsible for appropriate backups and for protecting passwords, authentication codes, and recovery information.
Information or guidance provided by Sukoonsaathi is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice unless expressly stated and provided by an appropriately qualified professional.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sukoonsaathi and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability may legally be limited, Sukoonsaathi’s aggregate liability arising from a specific paid service will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid for that specific service giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of our website or services, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights through Customer Content or your activities.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website or a service where reasonably necessary, including for security reasons, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms, or operational reasons. You may stop using our website or services at any time. Termination does not automatically cancel obligations that by their nature should continue.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the services will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
17. General
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, and applicable service-specific written terms, form the agreement governing use of the relevant Sukoonsaathi services.
